     This is a very rare small press album by a band called Jugs; it is titled "First Batch", copyrighted 1981 by Fein Music, Inc.; Green Mountain Records, Inc., Northfield, Vermont; GMS 4037; it has 9 tracks. 
     Described as bluegrass / folk / Green Mountain stoner country / deadhead / garage / psych, depending on who you ask, this is an excellent album, with 4 original tracks (Skankola, Ride the Wheel, Chinga la Madre, and Hecho En Mexico) and 5 covers (Jump for Joy, I Know You Rider, Fire on the Mountain, Foggy Mountain Breakdown, and 'Corn Shucklin').  Band members include James Fein, Jon Peterson, Marc Latzky, and Glen Schweitzer, plus Elaina Allee singing chorus vocals.

     The jacket is in terrific shape, with only very light cover scuffing, minimal corner rubbing, excellent spine, no splitting, a few very small and minimal spots to back cover. The vinyl is very clean with some very light scuffing. Condition is Very Good+/Very Good+.
