45 with Rare Picture/Text Sleeve by James Pastell on Americana 1018. Heavenly Dream b/w I Need Somebody Like You. Record VG (overall wear, decent gloss, lots of light scuffs and marks on both sides). Sleeve Fair (heavy overall wear, multiple heavy creases, some darkening/staining, seam splits at the top of the right and left seams). Very scarce sleeve on this nice Teen/Teener 45.
