The record is worn and less than perfect. Still it is still good enough to enjoy if you can tolerate some of the usual drawbacks associated with realy old vinyl.
The Kodály is the better side. There is some crackle and some random pops now and then but as the recording is clear and strong, the flaws seem to fade from notice.
The Dohnányi has some scrunches in the louder parts, some clicks/pops and random crackle. Again, the problems were outweighed by the recorded performance.
The Cover is thin and quite rubbed and worn, especially at the edges. The spine, though cracked and worn, is still clearly legible.
These flaws would normaly distract my attention away from the music but somehow did not in the case of this LP. The starting price reflects the condition of this rare record.
