Description
This lot consists of two Lps in the series of three "Jazz Classics in Digital Stereo" produced by the BBC in 1986. Vol 1( New Orleans) & Vol 3 ( New York". Both are in Excellent condition. The only audible fault I could find was on Side 1 of Volume 3 where there are two light ticks on Track 2 and two on Track 3.
Direct cut 78 rpm discs from 1925-1934 were transferred to give "a clean stereo impression of how the giants of jazz would have sounded in live performance." ( quote from sleeves)
The sleeves are in EXCELLENT condition. One or two crease marks on reverse of both volumes. Price label on front of vol 1.About 5 cm scuffing along top edge of Vol 3.
I have an extensive LP collection, acquired over the last 45 years and covering all genres which I now intend to put up for sale but I have no extensive feedback profile yet, but don't let this put you off - see returns policy below. No quibble returns policy.
- All Records are play graded. I do not rely only on a visual inspection
- Your record(s) will be cleaned and placed in a new inner sleeve before dispatch. Despite cleaning it is advisable to clean once more prior to first play as dust will attach to surfaces due to static, especially after packaging and shipment
- Your record(s) will be posted in a strong cardboard protective mailer + stiffeners that will ensure that they safely arrive in perfect condition.
- Box sets in special cruciform mailers.
- Your record(s) will be posted within 24 hours of payment.
- I only accept paypal.
- Returns policy - If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, then the full cost of the item will be refunded on return to me in appropriate packaging ( not postage).
