Description
Jo Stafford, Jo + Jazz on Columbia 1561. Mono original promo copy with "Demonstration Record, Not For Sale" printed on labels. Stunning M- copy, nice cover with a little ring wear, a few small, light stains near the top of the back and some light age discoloring. Bottom right seam is starting to split, but hasn't actually separated. Demonstration Record stamp on rear.
Note that I am currently selling a superb collection consisting heavily of mid-century jazz and vocalists. These records were kept in magnificent shape by their owner, so check my other auctions now and over the coming weeks.
GRADING
M- A flawless or nearly flawless record that appears to have seen little or no play.
VG++ Superb record, full gloss with a few superficial marks that do not sound.
VG+ Full gloss, light marks or scuffs, but an attractive record that has seen limited play and has been well cared for.
VG More marks and scratches, but still a decent record. Scratches may be fairly numerous, but will be light.
VG- Lots of marks and scratches but no gouges or major problems. Not a beautiful record, but still serviceable, not junk.
G+ and G Heavy wear and marks, plays through okay.
SHIPPING
Overseas Air Mail is $12 for the first record plus $3 for each additional record.
I pack LPs in professional mailers, with the disk in its paper sleeve outside the cover and both disk and cover housed in a three-mil plastic sleeve.
