Up for sale is a very, very rare Jean Shepard album. Jean has one copy, I have one copy, and Jeans' people say there are only five or six more in the WORLD! It was signed by Jean Shepard, Jim Whitaker (Bass Guitar and Vocals) and Emily Reynolds who made her singing debut on this album.

When I first obtained this album I searched all over the internet and couldn't find any reference to it at all... nothing. The album is so rare it isn't even listed in her discography on her official website. No wonder I couldn't find any reference to it anywhere! So finally I left a message for Jean on her official website. My message to Jean and her answer are below (typing errors left intact).

Hello Jean! I hope your feeling better. My name is Patrick Muir and I have a question that I just can't find an answer to. I am very lucky to have in my possession an album of yours that is titled "Jean Shepard Live at Good Time Country." You had a special guest perform her singing debut on this album named Emily Reynolds. This is a real treasure to me. I've searched everywhere and even taken this album to an appraiser, and we've yet to find another copy or even any reference to it. I absolutely love your voice and singing on this record... best of all it is Live without editing any mistakes if they were to happen (I sure don't hear any)! Thank you for making all of our lives better. You are an angel! Thanks for your time.

The record itself is in great condition, and sounds great. It was taken to a record collectors store and played on his high quality equipment. He offered $200.00 for this album, but this was before I could find any information about it and something was telling me to hold on to it until I new more about it. It was after this that I contacted Jean and found out why I couldn't find any reference to this album anywhere. It was because Jean has one copy, I have one copy, and Jeans' people say there are only five or six more in the WORLD! Woooo Hoooo! This is the most unique item I've ever had the pleasure of selling.
