All items are in good condition unless stated. Please check the Region/TV system on DVDs, Blurays and videos before bidding as I cannot refund if an incorrect region is purchased.

I try to despatch Monday to Friday, usually daily at around 8 am, but occasionally this is not possible. However, I always aim to despatch within 3 working days after payment.
Items are securely packaged and sent via Royal Mail or Courier. Items are sometimes sent via different method than stated on listing. This sometimes happens due to website issues, strikes at postal offices, change to postage prices etc but you will still receive your item within expected delivery dates. Due to a number of claims for lost items, most items are sent tracked and/or signed for. Certificates of postage are obtained for all Royal Mail items despatched. Receipts are received for all courier despatches. These are kept for 1 month. Damaged or lost items must be reported to me within 10 days of despatch. By reporting an item lost/damaged you are agreeing to assist in any investigation by the carrying agent. For items sent Royal Mail signed for or Courier tracked I am unable to issue a refund until an appropriate investigation has been made by the relevant courier and a refund provided to me.
There are exceptional circumstances such as postal strikes and bad weather where items may be delayed but I cannot be held responsible for such delays. If I have to delay the posting of an item for personal reasons I will endeavour to inform you as quickly as possible and offer suitable compensation.
Refunds are given if item is not as described and I will pay return postage. All refunds will be made on receipt of items. Items must be returned within 10 days of despatch.
I always update feedback and despatch notification on ‘My ebay’ quickly. Please leave feedback for me once you have received item and are happy with your purchase. Please get in touch if you have any problems and I will try to resolve any issues.
I trade on a spare time basis but aim to answer any questions you may have within 24 hours – work/family commitments permitting.
