Progressive delight!!
Chrysalis label with the white Island "I", distinguishing it from later issues that did not have the white "I" and are fairly common. This first issue is extremely rare and I find it actually far harder to find than e.g. early issues of "Stand Up".
This is a very heavy slab of vinyl and pure quality. A couple of absolutely miniscule hairlines only which can ony be made out under an intense light source. The audio is ASTOUNDING!!! I have played the album in full on my Linn/B&W/Rotel set-up and the album really comes up trumps!!!! Hardly ever is there any static noise!!! A real credit to these original early presses. I would grade this EX+
The sleeve is nice and straight but suffers from some ringwear as can be seen in the pictures. No writing or marks.
Labels are NM.
