You don't see these too often!
Jim Spencer and his band "Major Arcana" are legendary in the pysch rock genre. This is the original pressing of his album "Landscapes" on Thoth Records from 1973 (catalog # TST 1001). 
Vinyl is in strong VG+ condition. Many dealers would grade it an EX, but we grade conservatively. The heavy wax is super clean and glossy....retains its original shine and luster. There are several very light paper scuffs on it. Scuffs only....no scratches. We could only see the scuffs when viewing the record under bright light. 
We graded the sleeve as a VG. It's very sturdy with crisp corners, but there is a four inch split along the top right and a small area of writing on the upper left corner (see photos). The writing says "For Gloria, Love, Jim". It's possible that this is Jim's autograph, however, we are doubtful about that because the writing really looks like a woman's writing (a female fan with a crush on Jim writing an inscription to herself?). However, we've never seen Jim Spencer's handwriting, so it's possible. Other than the writing and the split, the sleeve is in beautiful condition.
The original lyric sheet is included...in excellent condition with no stains or tears. 
Also included is a promotional poster for Jim's band Major Arcana.
