The rare non laminated puppet sleeve which was withdrawn in the early stages of the albums release shows little sign of wear. There are NO Rips, NO Tears, NO Writing, NO Splits the smallest amount of ringwear is only just visible to the back, looks SUPERB. The edges have a small amount of rubbing to them but it still maintains its square like appearance, the spine area is solid with a small chaff about ½ inch long BUT THAT’S IT, this really is STUNNING, and is graded a strong EX+
Vinyl
The heavy thick black vinyl retains all of its original glossy just pressed appearance, and under light it looks SUPERB mirror like even, I counted approx 6 paper marks, this record has rarely seen the light of day STUNNING. The matt black Track Labels verify minimal playing of this record with virtually no spindle marks!! Looks Nr/MINT. On playing the run in areas are virtually silent, it plays faultlessly throughout, I would normally grade this as near Mint, however there is a few faint pops that are audible at the beginning of ‘Who Knows’, I must reiterate that this is faint, and by no means spoils the enjoyment of this fantastic LP, therefore an EX+ has been given, although some probably would grade higher.
Copies of this record on the Original Track Label in the Original UK Puppet Sleeve and in this condition are extremely rare, so don’t miss out.
