This EXCELLENT UK TRACK STEREO vinyl is super rare in the more common Mono versions from 67/68 , you can buy an excellent mono copy for under 400 gbp if your very lucky.

This stereo monster rare Ex copy is only the second we have seen in good order.This amazing copy is offered for around 350 GBP. ... ITS SUPER RARE VERSUS THE MONO WHICH IS RARE ON ITS OWN..

`the mono is genrally a bit easier to find , these are super rare now in good order.

Please note that this album is complete and original 1st UK Black Track pressing and is priced for its rarety and attraction to collectors rather than for its condition this is a 50 year old vinyl 1st pressing! A Very NIce Excellent VINYL hard to beat this its very clean vinyl super rare in stereo mix Jimi Hendrix second album on Track released in 1967 , recorded April, May 67 in Olympic studios London , this followed "are you experienced" in the same year as Jimi was required to produce 2 albums for Track in that year, Jimi was playing and recording in London almost every day so this was no problem for the experience. Buy this with the stetreo or mono Smash Hits copy (please ask we have Ex copies available ) we are selling and you get a flavour of the Jimi Hendrix output from is refered to as his "Golden period" in "Swinging London 66/67" Record is a Ex copy no skips or jumps, Labels in great shape with "Made in Great Britain" at 6 oclock on the "Classic Black Track UK" mono label! as it should be on UK 1st pressing. There are very light lines on both sides, slight scuffs only, hairlines and removal marks under strong light, this is the original iconic Black UK Track label from 1967 nothing detracts on playback superb! it has no skips or jumps or sticks.there are some light static in between tracks its Excellent! This is not a "MINT" or ,"Archive vault copy" it has been played but a great affordable buy for any collector, this Jimis second track recording from 1967 is we believe harder to find than the first record ... here it is under £350! The original UK mono copies from 1967 are now so hard to find in this condition you can easily see £300-500 is not unusual , here A STEREO for less than £350 is a bargain....! Photo of Jimis Mayfair London England residence is not included , it is where some of the songs were written though! The record Excellent condition This is a STEREO copy and sounds awesome , THE EFFECTS ARE INTERESTING ALSO the `ESP` track is a much longer take on the stereo issue.

There is evidence that JIMI was so unhappy with the stereo mix on ARE YOU EXPERIENCED he removed the masters and took personal control on AXIS BOLD AS LOVE, so to be clear this is a different studio mix and the stereo version is true 1967 recorded stereo in LONDON not enhanced later. over to the listener but its super rare either way....

THE RECORD

EXCELLENT

A1 B1 matrixes with "inverted triangle" on runout very very early copy! Super clean look at photos a few marks only This is in Excellent shape , has some surface lines, hairlines a few spindle lines there are some removal scuffs and hairlines under strong light no skips or jumps on our Rega 3.label on side 2 has a previous owners a DJ yellow disc sticker, could be removed we believe, the vinyl is ex labels nr ex. In Ex condition with some visible scuffs from sleeve removal and general light lines on both sides, scuffs from removal which show but do not disrupt play,there is static, from handling over the years, bear in mind this is a 50 year old vinyl record! it has some hairlines and crazing to the vinyl under light which we tried to show in photos. no skips or jumps. Nice fat pre oil crisis 60s vinyl wow !very flat on the table, test played on 2 decks wow great audio. Plays through superb on the Rega 3 So thick and fat vinyl..very flat on then table. See pictures in the listing you can see the light surface lines on the record. it plays through without disruption no skips or jumps and fully play tested on 2 decks one very light tracking Kenwood deck which normally shows any defect.This plays very well.AWESOME AUDIO. There is some static in quieter passages and intros ,on the vocal track ESP a little static at intro.
Plays clear with bright crisp sound may benefit from a professional clean (we don't do this as it's an individual thing) some background static is noticeable in the quieter passages but not many of those!

THE SLEEVE

VERY GOOD CONDITION PLUS

the Cover is VGC PLUS often these are tatty this is a keeper! Been kept in a PVC sleeve for most of its life in great shape from a smoke free home. Bright vibrant colour no writing stickers or tears, spine is in good order a real keeper see photos in listing. Having done it's job over 50 years the sleeve has little wear at corners rounded and a little fraying but no visible ringwear at the rear (see photos)and a liitle fraying in place but overall it holding up well.slight laminate lift on the front. pin holes in front from historic wall mounting not too obvious but its there see photo. There is little fraying at record exit side but overall a great sleeve. WHICH COULD BE UPGRADED AT LOW COST, THE VINYL IS SO SO DIFFICULT TO FIND....IN EX CLOSE TO IMPOSSIBLE NOW

Colours are good and not a lot fading, the thick card holds up well, no writing , names or stickers.FABULOUS design on this EJ DAY LONDON quality sleeve. on the whole a excellent collectable vinyl. sleeve there is some rounding to corners . spine is in good shape, a great Dave King design EJ day (London) sleeve. The now rare *Orange lyric* Insert is a reproduction pretty faithful to the original which is now super hard to find, we have heard that only first early copies had this , how many remain now? *see photos) no writing names etc.there is a historic price tag removal mark on the front of cover see photo, not too large but its there.
