Sleeve is graded VG+, please see photos for condition, just a few creases to top right of the opening
Vinyl is graded NM based on complete play through - I very rarely grade a used record near mint but this really is superb

Matrix / Runout C-side label, Record 2: 2310270 C
Vinyl has been gently cleaned on a Monk RCM and is housed in a new clean polylined inner sleeve. Original inner is present. LP is stored in a protective sleeve, record will be dispatched outside sleeve in a new record mailer with stiffeners.
