Released back in 1968, this glorious slab of vinyl highlighted Hendrix' output to date on his previou 2 releases on Track.
This copy now provides possibly the best Mono mixes on Track as the majority of these tracks got later mixes-so here is the good ole honest Joe :)

I gave her a gentle vacuum clean and then listened to this baby all the way through.
Great audio reproduction. Visually there are only light marks to the vinyl, which in turn create just a very small amount of light background crackle...Reminds me I am listening to an ORIGINAL slab of vinyl, which, when this pressing was released, was a groundbreaking collection of Hendrix's SMASH HITS.
When listening to Manic Depression I noticed a couple of micro skips...so I lifted my arm and popped her on a slightly heavier setting and she played over without a problem. I also noted Foxy Lady was a little 'muddy' but played through without any other issues.
Have a listen to the clip I have attached...
FLAT as the day she was born.

It has the credit of 'Valenti' for Hey Joe, which was later changed to Billy Roberts.
There are only a small handful of very light and insignificant spindle marks.

There are some lines of spidering near the opening and some outline showing where this record has been housed for the last 55 years, but nothing bad at all...Please see the detailed images for yourselves.
