78 has many scuffs and scratches, considerable cosmetics wear as does the label (some scratches on label as well as wear around center ring), visually would grade as fair but plays well with medium surface noise/static and the occasional brief pop. Some minor distortion. Surface noise does not overpower the music and would rate the noise 5.5/10. Plays better than expected considering the visually apparent wear.  Rare 78 on MGM.
