 Black label with deep groove both sides. "235 West 46th Street, New York City 36"  address on back cover.      

 

 Record looks VG++ and plays VG++ with some occasional light surface noise well below the level of the music. No heavy or repetitive scratches.  No scratches or scuffs . 

Cover is VG++.

   The front cover is shiny and has some light wear. Back cover is the same. Top seam and spine are intact. Bottom seam has tiny beginning of split app 1/8 inch at the pocket. Spine is readable. Spots of wear and denting at the corners.
