Description
Jimmy Nicol & The Shubdubs - Baby, Please Don't Go 7" ACETATE 1964 UK Single-Sided Acetate, Pye Records, Matrix Numbers: - None
This is a rare acetate from 1964 of British Band Jimmy Nicol & The Shubdubs doing the traditional blues number 'Baby, Please Don't Go'. this is a delicate item; all acetates are lacquer coated aluminium discs individually cut, the lacquer is quite soft compared to normal vinyl records and is not designed for too many plays.
Vinyl :- G condition; Some damage to edge of disc and run-in, at one point the lacquer is missing a small piece and in another it has started to crack, N.B. If playing this disc please be careful to miss these points on run-in, Some surface noise throughout sometimes quite intrusive, some light pops, some marks on lacquer, some wear to lacquer, labels show some wear and staining, No jumps or skips,
Sleeve :- VG+ condition;
White cardboard sleeve, some light surface and ring wear, some light creasing at corners,

My records are carefully cleaned, In this case with just warm soapy water so as to protect the lacquer,
