Johanna Martzy plays Schubert Sonatina in G minor OP. 137 & Sonata in A major OP. 162  Jean Antonietti - Piano Angel 35365 
The LP is in good to very good condition. The recorded sound is really excellent, but there is a lot of static & pops/ticks, but I would say that there is not much real surface noise (noise due to wear and tear). I've highlighted the fact that there were a lot of pop/ticks on this record, but as I also said, the recorded sound is quite excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. I'm certain that it's condition will improve considerably once it has been cleaned professionally, but even now it is a great record. In fact I was quite astonished by the sound, as I have the impression this is really quite an old recording.The balance between the instruments is beautiful and true, and the sound is warm. 
The performances are also beautiful. I know little about Johanna Martzy but this was a joy to listen to from beginning to end. The pullout insert says that this is album 2 from a set of the complete works for violin and piano by Schubert. There is one other album from the set also up for auction.
This LP comes from a large collection of records owned by a retired music professor that I am selling on his behalf. There are some gems in the collection which I will post for auction soon. I do no grade the records visually, I listen to them in their entirety and try to give as accurate description of the condition as I can.
