Here's a classic audiophile "Super Disk" by Prof. Johnson's Reference Recordings. This is a "pure analog" record made on May 1-3, 1993. The 33 1/3 rpm disc contains 7 tracks.

Side 1 features works by Igor Stravinsky. Side 2 is works by Victor babin, Side 3 is works by Morton Gould and Side 4 in works by Leonard Bermstein and Artie Shaw.

The vinyl is NM and VG+ (Side 1 had a couple of pops at the beginning of the first track), otherwise, there are no scratches and no loss of lustre - very low surface noise - this plays very nicely. My Nitty Gritty 2.5fi is down for repairs so I don't know if a cleaning machine would remove them. I do see fingerprints on the labels but no spindle tracks. The cover is VG+, minor wear to the edges and a slight vertical scratch on the front along the right side edge. There is a small amount of ringwear. No rips, tears or wrinkles.

Most of the LPs I'll be offering were purchased used and have seen little use while in my posession. Each has been play graded on a Thorens TD160 table fitted with a Shure V15 III cartridge.

Okay, here's the scoop on me... I've only recently resumed selling LPs on ebay but I've been an active seller with excellent feedback for over 10 years. I have a pretty good collection of "audiophile" records and it's time to lighten the load, starting with the duplicates. I'll try to grade to GOLDMINE standards as consistently and as thoroughly as I can. Chances are, we all have different sensitivities to surface noise, so I'll be offering a 14-day return period (but I WILL be able to tell if the wrong LP is returned, so let's not go there).
