Description

Up for auction is a rare original deep groove mono pressing of the John Coltrane Quartet 'Africa/Brass' LP on Impulse Records A-6. The musicians include Eric Dolphy and McCoy Tyner.

Record info:

Strong VG+, close to NM with some minor surface noise. It plays and sounds great!

Cover info:

Excellent condition with solid seams with very minor corner seam wear. Heavy gatefold cover has some laminate bubbling on bottom right hand seam area.

Label / Pressing info:

Original deep groove mono press with RVG initials on both sides in the dead wax area.

Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.

Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.

International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
