Description

Record : Very Good. There are some superficial marks that create surface noise such as crackling and some light pops in some of the quiter passages. There is no spindle-wear. Nice heavy wax! Gorgeous luster and shine!

Cover : Very Good ++. There is a tiny red penmark on the back about 1/8" long. There is some extremely light ringwear. There is some very light wear to the opening edge and to the lower left hand corner. The edges are crisp and sharp! Includes original Blue Note inner sleeve/order form in NM condition!

John Coltrane's Blue Train LP on Blue Note Records, 1577, MONO. First pressing, with the label reading, "47 West 63rd, NYC". Long playing MICROGROOVE! (Deep Groove). This classic album features John Coltrane on tenor sax; Lee Morgan, trumpet; Curtis Fuller, trombone; Kenny Drew, piano; Paul Chambers, bass; "Philly" Joe Jones, drums. "Earmarks" are etched on either side of the Dead Wax, along with "RVG BN-LP-1577".
