Label both sides is "New York USA". "RVG" and "P" aka "The Ear" are in the runout on both sides. Address on back cover is "43 West 61 st., New York 23".
Side 1 looks VG+, maybe VG++ and plays VG+. Side 2 looks VG+ and plays VG+ except for "I'm Old Fashioned". On that track, there's a small light scratch which ticks about 7 times and that track plays mostly VG. Otherwise, music plays strong and enjoyably with light surface noise below level of music. Grooves do not look heavily worn. Some light light scuffs. Record has been played, but not abused. Some spindle marks.
Cover is VG.
Front cover has moderate wear and Blue Note "STEREO" sticker. Back cover has moderate to heavy wear. Looks like cover paste on was done incorrectly and it forms a slight ridge through T and R of "Coltrane". Small stamp at top near spine. Bottom and top seams split app. 1/2 inch at pocket. Seams have heavily worn spots especially at the corners.
