Description
For Auction - John Estes on Victor 38614. Songs on this 1930 Blues 78RPM record include Milk Cow Blues and Street Car Blues. The record has good shine and no chips. It does have a crack (see last two pics for both sides of the crack). There is also a tight hairline that proceeds off the main crack part of the way to the spindle hole. I put moderate pressure at this area and there was not a problem. With the addition of some loctite at the rim area (outer edge), the record seems pretty solid. About three-fifths of the surface area is playable beyond the major crack. The audio is great in this area. The shellac visually grades VG++ in this playable area. Please see pics for record label condition. To be provided with the Victor sleeve shown in the last pic.
