KALEIDOSCOPE "TANGERINE DREAM" 1987 U.K. 5 Hours Back LP. TOCK-005. Exact reissue of 1967 U.K. Psychedelic rarity on Fontana. M-/MINT.
Tangerine Dream from 1967, probably has a slight edge as the best of this British psychedelic group's two albums, although they are both now considered classics of the genre. A long sought-after psychedelic rarity that compares favorably to the Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd, it includes several of Kaleidoscope's best songs: "Flight from Ashiya," "Dive into Yesterday," "The Murder of Lewis Tollani," and especially the fragile ballad "Please Excuse My Face." Original copies of Tangerine Dream on the British Fontana label are nearly impossible to find & very expensive. It has been re-released a few times over the years but this officially licensed exact reissue on the short-lived 5 Hours Back label is the first.

Cover is intact & retains its original look w/no writing or split seams. Only a few negligible creases near the spine (only visible from the back) detract it from achieving a MINT grading so we will give it a strong M-. The rarely played record has no scuffs or scratches. It looks new- grading is rated MINT. The purple 5 Hours Back labels are MINT w/no discernible spindle marks. This is an exact reissue U.K. pressing from 1987 of one of the best & rarest British Psychedelic albums first released in 1967.
