you can clean the record yourself for better sound- some vinyl collectors prefer a professional cleaning.

As far as to the country of destination even “surface mail” is done by air. All items will be sent registered.
International AIRMAIL shipments usually reach their destination within 2 weeks.
International surface mail to could take "sometimes"more than 2 weeks up to three months,
