No punch holes or cutout marks of any kind!!!! Comes in sleeve which is in NEAR MINT condition - REALLY VERY NICE - the only wear is at the bottom lower right hand corner where the shrink has split a little!! Record should be MINT as this is sealed - sold as sealed, so non-refundable if opened, of course!!
