KATHARSIS 666 LP RARE vinyl Judas Iscariot Maniac Butcher Mgla Deathspell omega
Really obscure bootleg of legendary German black metal LP from KATHARSIS, their debut full length opus “666”, originally released in 2000 on now defunct cult label Sombre Records from Germany.
I’ve never seen another one of these. It’s hand numbered #7 out of 50 in gold marker on a little sticker with the goat skull artwork associated with other versions of the LP.
Vinyl has been played maybe 3 times, and otherwise safely stored in its sleeve, jacket and a poly liner safely on my shelf. Black vinyl, 180 grams. Has the same center labels as the Sombre pressing.
Jacket features original Sombre Records cover art and is almost like a “euro jacket” (it’s very thin and doesn’t have a spine). The back of the jacket however is a similar but slightly different design to the original. Has the same band photo as the original and says “Kommando Metal” in a font (or hand drawn font perhaps?) lifted from the original Sombre version.
