Sealed in original Loose Baggie outer - corners show some wear and there is wear to the baggie - see the pictures
I call this a VG+ Baggie Sleeve  - it is a decent copy!! Vinyl presumed to be mint given that it is still sealed!! 
This LP SOLD OUT QUICKLY - Limited number - probably 5,000 total - Copies were not individually numbered  Properly Stored and Cared For - Non Smoking - Non Pet Home Mobile Fidelity MFSL 1-049 - One of the first issues by MFSL - Hard to find nice copies!!!  No returns on sealed copies if opened - sold as a sealed collectible.
