Miriam Makeba - Toyota Fantaisie Toyota WPS3 Japan 197?Absolute killer Afro funk disco with a distinct South African rhythm, early 80s sound, promo only song praising Toyota. Pressed in Japan while the song itself was apparently aiming at the French speaking (African) market. There’s an English version of the song on side B.
Off the radar, impossible to find but ridiculously nice & record in great condition, get it before it's gone… Also check out Dj Gioumanne’s Afro Cosmic mix for Fader Magazine, this copy can be heard there (a bit of both sides), 58 minutes into the mix.
