HOLY GRAIL TIME! Here you have one of the absolute rarest releases on the Cat label, much harder to track down than Purple Mundi and Rawl Soul Express for example. This is the original US issue 7" from 1972 featuring the PUMMELING Clarence Reid penned funk / northern soul dancer "The Fly" (which was later partly used on the "Zodiac Blowfly" album). Have a listen below!

All copies I've ever seen of this 45 have been pressed off-centre, and so is this one, which might explain its scarcity. But as you can see on the images there is a round line next to the centre-hole (done with a pencil) and if you line up your 45 adapter with it, the record plays perfectly centered. I have included soundclips below both with the record being CENTERED and UNCENTERED.
