Description

On offer is a U.S. 1983 Collectors' Edition of King Crimson's 1969 Prog Rock classic In the Court of the Crimson King, Editions EG EGKC 1.  It comes in a wild gatefold cover, same as the original issue.
The cover is in Excellent Plus condition -- bright, firm, NO significant flaws.  See  photos.  Just a hint of corner and edge wear and one minor nick on the inside lower edge (see photo).
Side 1 of the record plays great, sounds great -- full, clear and thumpin'.  The vinyl has its original shine and gloss. Grades Excellent by the Record Collector magazine definition "The Record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality."
Side 2 has some long very quiet parts.  And here you can hear light surface noise -- nothing serious, but noticeable.  So Side 2 grades around Very Good or Very Good Plus.
