Description
KINKS 'THE KINKS' 1964 DEBUT MONO LP ON THE PYE RECORDS LABEL NPL18096. Matrix nos NN 1096 A2-T & NN 1096 B-4S
The vinyl is covered in light surface marks and one or two light scratches. But amazingly it plays very well with some crackling and clicks and one noticeable jump. I was truly surprised when I played it I thought it was going to be awful but the surface noises are quite minimal and do not distract from the enjoyment of this early Kinks classic. It grades as good.
The labels show considerable spindle marking.
The one side glossy laminated single sleeve is solid and intact. There are some laminate creases on the front and some feathering to corners and opening edge. The white on the unlaminated back is off white and a bit grubby but overall it grades as Very Good.
It comes complete with original blue and black PYE records inner sleeve which is also in very good condition.

Side Two: CADILLAC, BALD HEADED WOMAN, REVENGE, TOO MUCH MONKEY BUSINESS, I'VE BEEN DRIVING ON BALD MOUNTAIN, STOP YOUR SOBBING, GOT LOVE IF YOU WANT IT.

Records are packed securely in professional mailers complete with stiffeners, vinyl is removed from sleeves before packing to avoid seem splitting during transit, the vinyl and sleeves are always sent in polythene sleeves for extra protection against water damage.
