On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Kinks called 'The Kinks' and is an ORIGINAL 1964 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Pye label!!!! THIS LP IS MASSIVELY RARE AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!! THIS IS THE 1964 UK 1ST MONO PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS PYE LABEL, 1ST PRESS PYE INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS LAMINATED GARROD & LOFTHOUSE 'PATENTS PENDING' FLIPBACK COVER!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the original UK MONO 1st pressing from 1964 and is in GREAT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is NPL 18096 on the 1st Press Pink Pye label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Kinks at their best!!!! Any fan of The Kinks, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and a few spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only a few light hairlines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with barely ANY clicks/pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, only some VERY slight touches of low level crackle in places (NOT nasty loud 'frying bacon' type crackle), and only some low level background sound on the run on grooves and occassional gap - NOT in the music!!!! The record must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Pye inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! The Flipback 'Patents Pending' 1st Press Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), shiny laminate, a few light creases (cover is flat looking), 2 or 3 virtually invisible TINY 'creaselines' near the front opening edge, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, barely ANY yellowing and NO rubbing!!!! The cover MUST grade Very Good+ if not better!!!! THIS LP IS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
