This item is from my personal collection.
It is a RARE Casablanca Label Pressing of KISS' Creatures of the Night Vinyl LP (1982), Signed by Paul Stanley. I had the album signed in 1993 at the NAMM Show in Anaheim, so I am positive that it will pass an authentication test by any third-party grader.

My album (as a whole) is in NEAR MINT CONDITION.
The outer sleeve is in NEAR MINT CONDITION. It does have some light scuffing to the edges and the spine (please see photo #9 at the beginning of this listing to view an example of the flaws). There is no scuffing on the front and back of the outer sleeve. It has no rips, tears, stains, writing (other than the autograph), or water damage. I've had it in a plastic sleeve as long as I've owned it. Paul's autograph is crisp and clean, easily read and not smudged.
The RARE Casablanca Label inner sleeve is in NEAR MINT CONDITION as well. It has slight folds in all four corners (please see photo #4) and a tiny bit of writing in the upper right-hand corner (please see photo #10). It has no rips, tears, stains, or water damage.
The vinyl itself is in VERY GOOD CONDITION(+). It is NOT WARPED. It does have some extremely light scratches on both sides that you have to look really hard for to see. Neither side has any scuffing. The label on Side A has two small cuts near the center hole (1/4" and 2/16" of an inch - please see photo #11). A small portion of the label on Side B has been torn (please see photo #12). My album was housed in an indoor, climate-controlled, non-smoking environment. (Please see the 12 photographs of my item, located at the beginning of this listing, to view its condition.).
This item will be shipped to the winning bidder in a padded envelope with rigid cardboard protecting it to ensure that it is not damaged during shipping. The buyer will be responsible to pay the shipping charges. I offer the following shipping options:
