Description
I have decided it is time to sell my vinyl to someone who will enjoy them because I increasingly stopped playing records as I morphed onto CDs and then mp3s. I sold my deck (and carbon fibre brush) around 15 years ago but kept my vinyl for sentimental reasons.
I bought "Hounds of Love" (1985) by "Kate Bush" new when it first came out. If memory serves, I bought it from a shop called Our Price in Bournemouth. I've tried really hard to look after it and I can't see either scuffs, scratches or fingerprints. I think there is some damage on both the card sleeve and liner, possibly from when it has been previously stored. The outer sleeve has a plastic cover.
As you probably know, this album includes "Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)" which is featured in the Netflix series "Stranger Things".
I think the vinyl pressing says: (Side A) EJ 2403841 A-4U-1-5-3 (Side B) EJ 2403841 3-9-1-2-X1
I have always tried to look after my vinyl, e.g. I regularly cleaned & changed my stylus and used a carbon fibre brush to keep the vinyl clean prior to playing. The inner sleeve has an additional liner. The record is not warped. Having said all that, since I no longer have a deck, I cannot either clean or check the album so I've endeavoured to take photos. Do get in touch if you encounter any problems.
