Description

KING CRIMSON, IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING, ISLAND ILPS9111, 1969, ORIGINAL ISSUE.

Classic 1st LP from King Crimson, this is the first issue with the pink label (see picture). Condition of this LP is OK, there are some marks but it plays fine with hardly any noise. The cover is slightly worn on the edges but generally OK. There is only one thing that is unusual, the labels are on the wrong sides, ie the label for side 1 is on side 2 and vice versa. Obviously this was like it when I bought it but I couldn't be bothered to return it to the record shop where I bought it at the time. This either makes it very rare or a faullty copy depending on which way you look at it. This LP was played a lot when new but has been stored for many years. The LP has been kept in an outer sleeve since about 1973.
