Description

This is the begining of King Crimson - less than a year later they treated us to some amasing work. This is earliest edition of 'The Cheerful Insanity of' . On the Deram label, in mono'  This the prize of my collection (that inlcudes the first pressing on Led Zep 1

The matrix reads: ARL-8330-1B

Those interested in the album will know the track listing so there is little point in listing the tracks. The album is from my own collection, which I am slowly in the process of selling. King Crimson has always been my main love and most of them are first pressings bought on the day of issue. Before selling any of my items I will have played them through before I give my condition report, I will be as honest as I can and will edge towards caution rather than sell something that it is not - I don't go looking for trouble and value my ebay standing.

Condition report:

Vinyl: The record still has ALL its original gloss and shine and has NO dulling, NO nasty greying of the grooves and absolutely NO nasty scratches. There are a few light hairlines present. It plays extremely well. There are NO skips, jumps or nasty pops. This album is in truly great condition, a prize of my collection 

Label: Deram. Perfect on both sides. No spindle marks. Great condition.  

Cover: Front cover: Some Rimming otherwise great condition.Top Edge: Perfect  Bottom Edge: Perfect Back Spine: Perfect Back Cover: The is some ghosting of the record but otherwise very good

Record Sleeve: Poly sleeve Good condition. No tears of marks.
