Description
This is an extremely rare version of King Crimson's "In The Court Of The Crimson King." This vinyl was pressed in Japan for the USA by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab. Gatefold sleeve. 1982 1-075.

This record is in overall great condition. Vinyl is flawless in appearance, sans a couple small marks (see close-up photo). No scratches or other visible wear! Very shiny. The mark causes some audible pops for about 6-8 revolutions on "Epitaph." There is some slight crackling on the record that can be heard here and there, but not out of the ordinary for a record of this age. Sounds like a record. The median price on Discogs is just over $200 and I will be starting the auction at half that. I haven't seen a copy of this record go for under $100. Outside sleeve has some wear, but NO creasing or corner dents. Small scrape on front, presumably where the sticker was. Inner sleeve is in excellent condition. Please check my 100% positive feedback. EXCELLENT-Almost like new, maybe a mark or two on the record, but it should still sound like new. Vinyl looks shiny and clean. Dynamics, Clarity and Fidelity should all be excellent on the vinyl. The cover may have some wear, but certainly no ring wear or major marks or damage on the cover.
VERY GOOD + A Beautiful Album, Some wear on the record. Some marks, scuffs or light surface scratches, certainly no skips or constant ticks when playing. Fidelity and Dynamics should be excellent. The cover can have some light wear, ring wear or bruised corners.
VERY GOOD Well worn record, has scratches, "ticks" and surface noise. Will play with fidelity, but background noise will be present.
Cover has ring wear, seam splits, and writing sometimes.GOOD Lots of wear to the record, skips and scratches are certain. Deeper scuffs are present. A record that has seen better days! Record still plays, but gone is the fidelity and dynamics that make vinyl magical. Not a cover you would want to frame. Only to be bought to sustain a need until a better example is found.
