Description
This is a RARE original PINK ISLAND copy of In The Court Of The Crimson King by King Crimson on Island (ILPS 9111 STEREO).
The sleeve shows some signs of handling around the mouth and the spines but these are free from rips / tears. I would grade as VG+.
The labels (as you can see in the photos) have been 'artistically' enhanced by a previous owner. Therefore I would grade the labels as VG.
The vinyl retains it's original shine with only one noticeable mark on track two, side two. This is very light and has little or no effect on the playback. I would grade the vinyl as VG+ / EX-.
DON'T BE PUT OFF BY THE LABELS. THIS IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF A CLASSIC PROG MONSTER WITH A VERY REASONABLE STARTING PRICE.
