This is a Sealed Copy of "Hotter Than Hell" by Kiss with an original $5.98 price sticker on the shrink from Peaches. NM+ / NM+ although some might say "mint". No "dinged" corners, no tears in shrink.
Because it is sealed, identifying the pressing plant is not possible.
