• In-House Pick ups. For customers wanting to pickup their items at our warehouse, there is a $4.00 handling fee per package. Return Policy

• Your Satisfaction is our #1 Goal! Don't Hesitate at all to Contact us with any questions/concerns.

• No Returns on As-Is Items. No Exceptions!! Essex Will not take any returns for any reason on AS-IS items!

• If You are Requesting a Return for a Problem mentioned in the auction, your Request will be Denied.

• In order to return a product, the customer must contact Essex within 10 Days from the date of receiving the item. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If it is over the 10 day period, an  RMA request will be denied.

• If you have any Questions about needing to return an item, please contact us at buyessex@essextechgroup.com. Be Sure to include the item # and a description of the problem.

• No Refunds/Exchange will be given until Essex has the Original Product returned to our Warehouse. 

• When Applicable, Essex will send a Replacement instead of issuing a refund.

• All Freight Claims must be settled with UPS/Fed Ex before issuing refunds.
