In t he next few weeks I’ll put on auction more than 500 great and rare records. Most records are true collector’s items. Have a look, it is worthwhile! Most of my vinyl comes from my own collection and is in great, collectible condition. If not, I’ll clearly describe the possible flaws or scuffs. Appr. 90% of my records are EX to Mint-. This collection contains many rare German and essential Kraut, Dutch psych and garage, UK and US progressive and folk, early electronic and psychedelic records from the period 1967 to 1975. Condition Record/Sleeve: EX/EX- (record only two light fingernail marks, no impact on play, EX audio!! Cover is clean and unwritten, with corners tiny "eaten")
Extra info: KILLER jazzy blues rock LP !! Original 1st US press on the Columbia "360 Sound" label from 1969 !! Very hard to get !!
Kooper Session
Kooper Session is the second-in-line of the Super Session albums featuring singer-songwriter Al Kooper. Joining Kooper in the guitar slot is 15-year-old phenomenon Shuggie Otis, son of legendary rhythm and blues pioneer Johnny Otis.
Divided into two halves, "The Songs" (a quartet of arranged gospel and rhythm and blues tracks) and "The Blues" (a trio of improvised blues tracks), the album, like Super Session before it, was quickly recorded and featured short, succinct tracks ("Double or Nothing", "One Room Country Shack") and fluid, drawn out jams highlighting the talents of the artists ("12:15 Slow Goonbash Blues", "Bury My Body").
