ITEM DESCRIPTION:
This handsome and quite rare 3LP box set from ACM (10002-4, LPs pressed in Holland / booklets and box printed in Germany, red labels, stereo, booklet included) features the wonderful Kun Woo Paik, indisputably one of the great pianists now before the public, in one of his earliest recordings – first issued in 1975 – of the complete solo piano music of Maurice Ravel, still among the finest integral cycles.

Paik plays with consumate artistry, highly sculptured and luminous playing that lingers in the memory long after the music has stopped – truly outstanding and superbly recorded.
Included is a full-size 4-page booklet (in German and English) with notes on the music and a brief biography of Paik.
CONDITION:
The gradations of condition I use are as follows: MINT, Near-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.
The condition of the box is EXCELLENT. There is minor wear at corners, slight shelfwear, and mild discoloration, and a small former price sticker to the rear panel. However, there are no corner breaks, seamsplits, owners’ markings, bends, or other flaws, and the box remains solid, bright, glossy, and very attractive – overall, this rates as an excellent collector's copy.
The condition of the booklet is EXCELLENT. It betrays the slightest bit of handling, but that is all. The pages remain bright and crisp and the booklet is without bends, tears, or owners' markings, the binding perfect – a fine collector's copy.
The condition of the 3 LPs is EXCELLENT throughout. Though surfaces are not absolutely silent, really these are fine copies and playback is superb. Those requiring flawless or near-MINT copies are advised to look elsewhere. Overall, these are excellent collector's copies.
