The first and best of the very few La Monte Young titles ever issued on vinyl
(of course no format has been created to truly recreate the genius).
Rare and expensive gallery edition when issued in 1969.
Issued in an edition of 2800 numbered copies (this one #1564)
Side A 31 VII 69 10:26 - 10:49 PM 23:00
Side B 23 VIII 64 2:50:45 - 3:11 AM The Volga Delta 20:15
Cover : Ex+
Vinyl : Ex+ The disc looks NM very clean both sides.
Tiny surface noise on opening part of side A and side B perhaps caused by pressing quality, but nothing serious.
Otherwise plays fine throughout both sides.
Grading is basically by visual inspection, but being a long-time record collector, I've gotten pretty good at it.
I will mention honestly if I play graded, which I do if it seems necessary.
