Description

The LARD "The Last Temptation Of Reid" 1990 UK vinyl LP on Alternative Tentacles is a first edition industrial rock release. This 12" record features a hand etched "A PORKY PRIME CUT" & “ORLAKE”in the dead run out area of Side 1 plus “HA HA HEE HEE HO HO” and “ORLAKE” in the dead run out area of Side 2, and comes with an original 'Lard Illustrated' poster newspaper insert in excellent condition. The black vinyl LP is in very good plus condition and is a must-have for fans of 1990s era rock music. Track 1, Side 1 has a linear mark about two thirds into the track which has the appearance of having has a damaged needle on it, but I have played this numerous times and it plays well without any surface noise? I have checked this against other copies that other sellers have listed on eBay and noted that the same line exists on other peoples copies too (though perhaps not so obvious as mine?), so my conclusion is that the line is simply aesthetic. With stereo audio and a speed of 33 RPM, this UK edition is a rare find for collectors of vinyl records.
