Description
In 1969, mono one box EMI pressings were produced for Please Please Me, Help! and Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, with the first two titles considered the rarest. Because these editions were only manufactured briefly and in limited quantities, surviving examples are scarce, particularly in well preserved condition.
The sleeve is graded VG+, presenting as a very good copy with all flipbacks intact and general dirt sticking to glue residue (could be carefully removed). The front cover remains clean overall, with only some light age related areas of dirt preventing a higher grade. The labels are graded VG++, showing only light evidence of careful play. The record itself grades between VG+ and EX, with very clean vinyl that plays beautifully and quietly. There are no scratches, only a few light paper withdrawal hairlines. The original inner sleeve is also included.
