LAUREL AITKEN / The High Priest Of Reggae 1969 PAMA PSP 1012 UK MONO

Very hard to find album from 1969 from Laurel Aitken. Recorded in 1969 in The Workshop of Pama Records, Harlesden, London.

Great sleeve notes by Derrick Morgan!

12 tracks (see photos for details) PAMA RECORDS LIMITED, 78, Craven Park Road, London, NW 10, England

Cover is laminated on the front with some wear and laminate lifting. A bit worn at the edges being mainly white with black lettering and B&W photos. Spine is fully readable. Grades VG for it's age and style.

Disc itself is in excellent condition no scratches or wear and visually looks great, labels are excellent

.

Plays with no issues, bit of crackling between tracks but does not detract from the music. No skips or jumps. Visually and sonically easily grades excellent which is unusual because normally these records are played to death.

Super example of an extremely rare album from a reggae legend, mainly a singles producer and didn't make many albums and only two on PAMA.
