Description
LED ZEPPELIN "4 IV" UK ATLANTIC 1ST PRESS (1971)
Released on Atlantic 2401012 in 1971. This is the first pressing on red/plum label with matrix numbers A3/B3. Run-out groove etchings are "Pecko duck" side one and "Porky" side two.
"Misty Mountain Hop" is misprinted as "Misty Mountain Top" on Side 2 label.
Vinyl EXCELLENT (EX) - shiny, with a few marks at the very start of side one- these cause a small bit of crackling at very start of "Black Dog" intro before Plant's vocals come in. Apart from that, plays through great - no clicks, pops or jumps. This is one of those albums that sounds amazing on vinyl, you will not be disappointed.
Labels - EXCELLENT (EX) and very clean - check the pictures, virtually no spindle wear.
Sleeve EXCELLENT condition - hardly any wear.
Comes in generic "stereo" poly-lined paper inner sleeve. No insert.
