Hello!
You are bidding on a 1969 Gatefold US pressing of Led Zeppelin II that has two different labels from different pressings mixed up. 
The A-side has an MGM label (ST-A-691671-MG) while the B-side has a Presswell label (ST-A-69 1672 PR) (see photos). 
The cover is still in decent shape (strong VG), just some very light corner and shelf wear, no splits or tears. Record labels are mostly clean (one tiny spec on the B-side label), playing surfaces do have marks and hairlines that create background noise and some rotation noises in quieter parts (G+), but mostly this record plays above grade. OIS has age marks and the glue came off slightly on one side, still nice!
Not sure how many copies of these mismatched label pressings exists, this auction is just for serious Led Zeppelin collectors.
