Original 1st Issue MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. in the 1960's by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4222) 

- NEW YORK USA address on both Labels
- VAN GELDER is stamped in the run off grooves on both sides 

RECORD CONDITION:  NEAR MINT to MINT-
 - both sides are clean, like new
- both sides play great
- the original Blue Note company inner sleeve is included 

COVER CONDITION:  Strong VG+ / close to EXCELLENT
 - there are no seam splits, no writing
- there is some very light corner wear, some light ring wear on the front, some extremely light yellowing around the edges in spots on the back, very little wear around the edges in spots
