All records we sell are in used condition and have been previously played. Some may have light scratches, fingerprints, or marks - however none should have skips or play poorly. We visually inspect for scratches and play when in doubt prior to listing the item for sale. We try to grade our items very conservativly, so may be in better condition than stated.

SHIPPING
We do everything we can to keep shipping charges to a minimum. We do not charge any sort of handling charge. We will combine shipping charges on multiple items bought from us. We are expert packers and rarely have problems with damaged items. For domestic shipments we use USPS or UPS for larger items. For international we use USPS because it is much cheaper, but we can also ship UPS if you are willing to pay the charges. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and we can give you the numbers if needed.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your item you can return it for a refund of the purchase price not including shipping charges. There is a 48 hour approval period so please just respect that while we are happy to accept returns if you're not satisfied, we also need to know within 48 hours after you receive the item. We do our best to describe all items as accurately as we can, but sometimes we do make mistakes. Some items we will sell as is with no returns, so please read item descriptions as it will be stated there.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS
We are happy ship items world wide and international bidders are always welcome. That said, here are a few extra things that our international customers should know: (1) We will not falsify customs documents. Doing so constitutes fraud and is illegal both in your country and ours, so please don't ask. (2) Our return policy applies to international bidders, so if you are not happy you can return it for a refund of the purchase price, but please note that we will not refund shipping charges or any other amount, just the purchase price. (3) We always try and ship items as quickly as possible. International bidders should know that it sometimes takes longer for packages to arrive because of customs which causes some minor delays. There is nothing we can do about it, please be understanding that these delays are not our fault.
